Overall, it's a fantastic jersey, nice weight, wonderful color, love the minimal branding. Just wish it had a bit more stretch and that the pockets were a tad larger. The merino is warm but it performs well in a variety of temperatures! Don't let the medium-weight fabric fool you.
This is honestly my favorite jersey I've ever owned. It fits me perfectly and is just the right weight for PNW spring riding. I've been wearing this every week since I've gotten it. For days in the 50's I wear this layered with Ornot's wind vest, I think this jersey will work great for fall and winter as well, with the addition of a base layer and jacket. I initially thought the xs might be too small, but when I tried the small it was definitely too large, so I'd say this is true to size. The jersey might feel a little snug when you try it on just because the fabric is thicker, but on the bike it's perfect. Also, shoutout to Ben for his excellent customer service and patience with answering my many sizing and product questions!
I'm 5'9, 153lbs, 28" waist, small bust –– I initially purchased a small and the arms were much too tight, had to exchange for a medium, and I'm so glad I did. I love this jersey. Perfect for early morning chill, cooler Bay Area days, and single layer evening rides. I was wearing this jersey when I took a bad spill on the China Camp trails last week... came down hard on my right arm... elbow was busted, jersey was fine! I honestly think the weight of the fabric saved me from what could have been a much worse outcome. Anyhow, couldn't recommend this jersey enough, almost makes me wish the colder days would sick around (almost).
These are snug and are great for chilly days here in New England- I own both colors-My only complaint are the arms are short showing lots of wrist- which makes me hesitant to buy the other long sleeves. Other than that the fleece liner keeps me warm here in the Northeast and I just wear longer gloves ;)
