Belgian Waffle Ride

9 of us made the trek from San Francisco to San Marcos California to tackle 133 miles of road and dirt at the 2019 Belgian Waffle Ride. It was our first time participating in the event and we had no expectations except for a long day on our bikes. We all did it on our road bikes with 25-30c tires. The only one who got the flat(s) was on 25s with tubes, so he was kind of asking for it... We were planning on having a waffle eating contest along the course, but we think Peter Stetina (BWR winner) ate them all.
