HOW DO I WASH ALL MY ORNOT GEAR?
As a general rule, all lightweight cycling clothing will last longer if you're nice to it and wash it regularly. This means hand-washing in cool water and line drying. Ornot garments should be hand washed in cold water and line dried. Caps may fade if washed in the washing machine, with everything else, use your best judgment and make sure there aren't any random velcro straps floating around your washer or dryer :)
Avoid the use of Aerosol Spray Sunscreen and other Sunscreens with harsh chemicals. It damages the non-silicone grippers in our bib shorts, and will also damage the lycra fabric that is used throughout most of our clothing.

EXCHANGES - RETURNS
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Since this is clothing (and most likely, fairly tight clothing), there can be a small degree of error when deciding on a size. If your clothing doesn't fit we will happily exchange it. We offer exchanges and returns 30 days from purchase.
For all orders within the USA:
Exchanges are free, and $5 for returns to cover shipping (we even provide the label for these).
For all international orders:
For Exchanges and Returns, you are responsible for return shipping in full, please set up a return and we’ll let you know where to send it.
Clothing must be like new condition (tried on is okay but not ridden in).
All exchanges will be transacted upon the return of that item, provided it arrives in new condition (not yet ridden in or laundered). If we receive worn, laundered, or damaged clothing back in a return, you are subject to a 20% return fee. [click here]

This goes for all orders worldwide needing an exchange or return. If there is a defect with the item please email us.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE / RETURN MY ITEM?
We want you to be happy with your clothing and exchanges/returns are accepted for 30 days from the purchase date on all orders.
During the holidays this is extended for 60 days.
If an item is marked down in price on sale (with a line through the price) it is not eligible for a full return, it is eligible for an exchange or store credit.
This does not include discounts from a code.
Price adjustments will be made for items purchased within 7 days of sales. No discount codes may be used on any sale items.
SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH WHAT I ORDERED, SHOULD I JUST SETUP AN EXCHANGE.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping to the US is free for all orders over $150 and for all International orders beyond $350. We use USPS First Class or Priority for Domestic shipping and Fedex for International orders. Note that International orders are subject to their own governments Taxes, VAT, and/or duties.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING NORMALLY TAKE?
Orders ship business days (Monday-Friday) 24-48 hours after being placed. USPS First Class orders generally arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping and International between 7-14 (Fedex International).
Express 2 Day Shipping (FedEx) will arrive 2 days after the order is fulfilled. Express shipping is only for the expedited shipping method, this does not speed up fulfillment time. If you need something shipped out ASAP, please email us and we will see what we can do.
Keep in mind that we do not process any orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays and depending on volume, orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday. All goods are shipped from San Francisco.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT DUTIES, TARIFFS, AND/OR OTHER TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes. These are imposed by your country and not something Ornot has any control over.
Canada has recently begun collecting a Federal and Provincial Goods and Services Tax (GST) + processing fees on all products shipped from the US.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! All of the time. We use a mix of Fedex International and USPS International depending on your country. You are responsible for import duties and tariffs imposed by your country.

WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DO I HAVE ON ORNOT GOODS?
Real people make our clothing and sometimes there can be small manufacturing errors. Not to worry, all Ornot products come with a one year warranty protecting against manufacturing defects. If you notice an issue, send us an [send email]

We do our best to fix things anytime there is an issue this way we can give your garment some new life and keep it going instead of going into a landfill.
HELP, I CRASHED!
We understand that this happens from time to time and offer crash assistance in the rare case that you go rubber side up. Just send us an email with a picture of the crashed in item and we'll help you out with a discount on a replacement.
