YOU'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED A JERSEY THIS WARM AND SOFT

DESCRIPTION

Our Frost Thermal Jersey, made from deadstock Polartec® Power Stretch Pro®, is our warmest jersey ever. This is a jersey for those cold morning starts, when you almost go back to bed. The surprisingly low spandex content still provides ample stretch and eliminates that always-wet feeling common in many performance fabrics. Translation: you won’t get cold from the inside out.

The Frost Thermal Jersey is super warm on its own, or as a mid-layer for those absolutely frigid Winter days. This jersey was designed to be worn in the mid-30s with layers, or on its own into the high-50s. The Frost Jersey is cut and sewn in Oakland, CA.

Stretch is nothing without recovery. This jersey is designed to last year after year thanks to 4-way stretch, natural shape retention, and its abrasion-resistant exterior. The tight weave blocks wind, and the double zipper lets you dump excess heat as needed. The Frost Thermal Jersey is as durable as it is warm and soft. You won’t find another Winter Jersey quite like this.

STAY

Light and breezy, with an ultralight grid stucture against your skin. The void created by the grid structure let air move across your body, keeping you cool.

FROSTY

Each of our colors are limited in nature. Micro Grid Jerseys are always made from Deadstock fabrics. If you like this color (Sea Foam) you should not wait.

MY Friend

We ride in this year-round. It’s comfortable up to 78° on its own. In the Winter, we choose for the LS version, and comfortably ride in the mid 50’s with an outer layer.

ORNOT

NO ONE ELSE

We pioneered the first, and only, Micro Grid Jersey in 2020. Since then, its remained unique to us. Spend enough time around the team, and you’ll see this is far and away our favorite jersey. It’s so versatile that it’s basically two jerseys in one.

BORN IN THE BAY

To wear the Micro Grid Jersey is to understand what it’s like to ride bikes in the Bay Area. Climbs are hot and exposed, then rewarded with steep and fast descents through the Redwoods. It’s not unusual to take off and put on an outer layer for each climb/descent. The Micro Grid Jersey was made for the Bay.

FAQ

What is Polartec® Power Grid®?

Power Grid is a fabric designed by Polaretec to to regulate body temperature. It performs comfortably from low 50° with a Micro Climate to 75° on its own.

What temperature is the Micro Grid Jersey designed for?

The Micro Grid Jersey is comfortable up to 78° on its own. Paired with an outer layer, the Jersey is comfortable into the mid-50’s.

Is the Micro Grid Jersey warm enough for Winter?

The Short Sleeve Micro Grid Jersey might be a little chilly, but we do offer a Long Sleeve option. When paired with a Magic Shell and/or an Alpha Vest, the Micro Grid Jersey is the foundation to a solid winter layering system.

How does the Micro Grid Jersey fit?

The Micro Grid Jersey is true to size. This year we modernized the fit with slightly longer sleeves, and a touch more compression to take full advantage of the fabric benefits. We think it’s the best one yet.

Where is the Micro Grid Jersey made?

The Micro Grid Jersey is Made in USA. Specifically, we cut and sew it across the Bay in Oakland.

What does “Deadstock” Mean?

Deadstock is fabric that was overproduced, abandoned, or never made it to the cutting table. Instead of letting it sit in a warehouse (or worse), we turn it into something new. The catch? We only get one shot. One opportunity. Same Polartec Delta performance, lower environmental impact.

What is the “Special Projects” collection?

One of the most sustainable things we can do is use what already exists. Special Projects is our collection of limited-run pieces made from premium deadstock fabrics, cut and sewn in California. Some of our most beloved pieces were born this way. When they're gone, they're gone.
