FABRIC SOURCING

Every product begins with the materials. We choose fabrics that meet our performance standards while avoiding harmful chemistry and unnecessary impact. When the right fabric doesn’t exist, we develop it.

Designing for durability, both in performance and in style, is one of the most sustainable choices we can make, and we consider cost per wear from the start. We prioritize bluesign®-approved fabrics, use PFAS-free DWR, and give unused materials a second life through our Special Projects collection.

Our Fabrics:

Recycled UV Micro Mesh

Recycled UV micro-mesh fabric designed for hot days on the bike. It's ultra lightweight, dries quickly, and provides UPF 30 sun protection. Produced using recycled fibers and Oeko-tex-approved materials.

All Day Compression Knit

All Day Compression is a dense knit fabric developed to provide soft, supportive stretch that stays comfortable all day. The 195gsm construction wicks moisture, dries quickly, and maintains its shape ride after ride.

Micro Climate

Custom stretch-woven nylon with lofted insulation, to trap heat, while also allowing moisture to escape, but not enter. This fabric is water-resistant and quick drying without a membrane or a coating that can wash off.

Recycled Stretch-Woven

Our signature stretch-woven fabric is built for movement without the weight. It stretches, breathes, and handles whatever the day throws at you, on the bike or off. We wear it all the time, because your pants and shorts should keep up.

Micro Grid

Micro Grid’s lightweight grid design moves air between your skin and the jersey, keeping you cool when things heat up. It’s our signature, award-winning jersey—because breathable should actually mean breathable.

ALPHA

Polartec Alpha is built for warmth without the weight. It regulates heat like a pro, adapting to changing conditions and stop-and-go efforts. We wear these all winter—because staying warm shouldn’t mean overheating.

US MANUFACTURING

Great products are made all over the world, but we produce as much as possible here in the U.S., with nearly everything sewn in the Bay Area. Close proximity lets us work directly with our sewing partners, maintain quality, and operate responsibly, with clear communication and shared accountability at every step.

Domestic production reduces emissions, supports skilled jobs, and keeps value circulating in the local economy. It’s more complex and often more expensive than producing overseas, but for us, it’s the right choice.

YOUR HOMETOWN BRAND

We wouldn’t be here without our community. The riders who wear our gear, the friends and families who support us, and the people who ask hard questions and expect better. They inspire us, but they also hold us accountable.

Being a small brand means we feel that connection every day. We’re proud to be part of a community that cares about quality, about longevity, and about the health of the places we ride.
