Why Frost = Warm
Polartec® Power Stretch™ Pro is highly breathable, wicks sweat away from your skin, and quickly transfers it to the outer surface for fast evaporation, keeping you dry and warm. Translation: sweat doesn’t get absorbed into the fabric, so you can ride all day feeling cozy and warm.
The exterior surface is abrasion-resistant and low-friction, so the Frost Thermal Jersey slides through outerwear (hint: Magic Shell) without bunching up.

TURN BACK, ornot
The number one reason we turn around on Winter rides is the cold. When cold air passes through a jersey and your core temperature drops, the thought of turning home starts creeping in. The Frost Thermal Jersey is a tightly knit fabric with wind-resistant properties. Combine the Frost Thermal with Alpha Gloves, Shoe Covers, and our Super Thermals for a Winter system designed for one thing: keeping you warm on cold rides.

FROM TRASH TO JERSEY
The Frost Thermal Jersey is a part of our Special Projects Collection and made with deadstock fabric. Instead of letting this cozy fabric end up in a landfill, we acquired it and turned it into our warmest jersey ever. You could feel good in more ways than one, Ornot.
Special Projects are always limited. Once these jerseys are gone, they’re gone for good.
FAQ
What is Polartec® Power Strectch Pro®?
Power Stretch is a reinforced stretch fabric made for cold-weather performance. The low spandex content provides ample stretch and eliminates that always-wet feeling common in many performance fabrics. Translation: you won’t get cold from the inside out.
What temperature is the Frost Thermal Jersey designed for?
The Frost Thermal performs comfortably from the low-30's with an outer layer and into the high-50s on its own.
How does the Frost Thermal Jersey fit?
The Frost Thermal Jersey is true to size. The fabric is really stretchy and soft. Order your typical Ornot jersey size.
Where is the Frost Thermal Jersey made?
The Frost Thermal Jersey is Made in USA. Specifically, we cut and sew it across the Bay in Oakland.
What does “Deadstock” Mean?
Deadstock is fabric that was overproduced, abandoned, or never made it to the cutting table. Instead of letting it sit in a warehouse (or worse), we turn it into something new. The catch? We only get one shot. One opportunity. Same Polartec Power Stretch performance, lower environmental impact.
What is the “Special Projects” collection?
One of the most sustainable things we can do is use what already exists. Special Projects is our collection of limited-run pieces made from premium deadstock fabrics, cut and sewn in California. Some of our most beloved pieces were born this way. When they're gone, they're gone.
