DESCRIPTION
Active insulation disguised as a sweater.
The Alpha Sweater hides technical insulation inside a casual silhouette. Made in the USA with Polartec® Alpha® Direct, this sweater is purpose built for stop-and-go efforts, like bike riding, where you need to dump heat quickly. The lofted fibers sit on a super breathable mesh core, keeping you warm without weighing you down. It is also 50% lighter and more compressible than traditional fleece. Weight weenies, read that again.
Originally adopted by thru-hikers, Alpha Direct is so lightweight it almost feels like magic. Unlike traditional fleece, it releases excess heat while you ride and traps warmth when you stop.
Technical fabrics work hard, but they appreciate a little care in return. Follow the golden rule: treat it as you’d like to be treated. Wash gently and hang to dry to keep it performing its best for years to come.

Deadstock Fabric
Deadstock is fabric that was overproduced, abandoned, or never made it to the cutting table. Instead of letting it sit in a warehouse, we turn it into something new. The catch? We only get one shot.
Very Limited
Deadstock, by definition, is limited. We may love a color or texture, but when the fabric is gone, it's gone. Each piece is an invitation to create something unique, and a chance to own a small part of Ornot history.
