Our Merino Thermal Jersey is a perfect balance of comfort, breathability, and insulation. Cut from Polartec Power Wool, our jersey features a soft, extra-fine merino interior and a moisture-wicking, quick-drying, abrasion-resistant Nylon exterior. Merino Wool is capable of wicking moisture in the vapor state, this means that you remain more comfortable at the tops of the hills and in the coffee shop.
Reflective detailing on the back and chest provides increased visibility. Three rear pockets give plenty of space for everything that didn't fit in your bar bag. Questions about our Thermal Jersey? View our Jersey Comparison Guide.
Size Note *** The Thermal Power Wool Jersey is very fitted and runs on the small side. Catie is 5'4" 127lbs and wears and XS House Jersey and XS House Bib Shorts. If you would like your jersey to be anything less than race fit, we suggest jumping up one size. The fabric is extremely stretchy and forgiving. If you have questions about sizing send us an email.

I have been searching for another merino wool jersey for a long time. I have one that I found years ago and need it soooo much more often than I expected. Finally I found one, a fantastic one, on ornotbike.com. I couldn't be happier after a couple of freezing cold morning rides in Moab (added a windbreaker) that turned to 50 degrees by the time I finished - never felt uncomfortable. More colors please!!!
Got this for riding in CA winter and it’s great. I usually wear this if it’s mid 40s to low 50s F, paired with a vest for a bit of extra warmth if I need it on descents. I’m 5’4” and 115lbs and the xs fits perfect.
I really like this jersey. I used it for a ride when it was 38F in Colorado. Along with a vest, I stayed warm, and what least sweat I generated was wicked away and did not make me cold.
Ornot strikes once again with the thermal jersey. I had a hard time finding a long sleeves jersey that was breathable, warm and not bulky for fall temps up here in Canada, and bonus, it looks amazing. The merino wool interior stays warm even if it's humid and the nylon exterior is resistant enough for tight branchy trails in gravel rides. I pair it with the magic shell when it's colder outside and the fit is great. (A small shout out to the biodegradable packaging it came in, this is appreciated)
