30 Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your clothing! Returns and exchanges are accepted 30 days from the purchase date on all orders. For Domestic orders, we offer free Exchanges and returns for Store Credit. Returns for a refund will have a $5 return fee to help us with shipping. For a full refund please return the item unworn and in new condition (basically we mean not ridden in).

Exchanges:

Since this is clothing (and most likely, fairly tight clothing), there can be a small degree of error when deciding on size. If your clothing doesn't fit we will exchange it! All exchanges will be transacted upon the return of that item, provided it arrives in the same condition as originally shipped (not yet ridden in). [schedule an exchange] If you're in a rush you are welcome to create a new purchase for a replacement item and then return your original purchase also. Send us an email if you have questions.

1 Year Warranty

Real people make our clothing and sometimes there can be small manufacturing errors. Not to worry, all Ornot products come with a one year warranty protecting against manufacturing defects. If you notice an issue, send us an email and we will happily get you back on the road.
