Digital Brand Designer
Dear future designer,
-
Are you ready to work with a small team where your ideas can easily come to life?
-
Do you wish that your job wasn't so corporate?
-
Are you interested in building digital things and physical things?
-
Can you construct a sentence that doesn't use "things" 2 times?
-
Have you ever been just a little bummed when a client / marketing director asked you to "make the logo bigger"?
If you can own projects start to finish and have mastered your design execution, this might be a perfect opportunity for you.
Who is Ornot?
We are a small but mighty cycling apparel company based in San Francisco with much of our clothing made right here in California.
Our mission is to create sustainable cycling apparel and accessories that are built to last. The company was founded in 2013 by a Graphic Designer (me) as "minimally branded cycling apparel" - You could be a rolling billboard, Ornot.
This was a reaction to the lazy, logo-driven design that had dominated the cycling industry for years. Since then, we've continued evolving our brand design, while also increasing our focus on sustainability and responsible business practices. Check out our "Special Projects". made using deadstock fabric for a fresh take on sustainable clothing.

Join us as a full-time Graphic Designer and own our digital presence. You'll work closely with our small creative team, designing everything from marketing campaigns and motion graphics to product releases. This is a unique position to determine the visual growth and evolution of the brand- not just executing on projects already in the works, but identifying design opportunities and bringing fresh ideas. Over the long term, we're seeking someone who can continue to drive the design process and evolution of Ornot.
