A: In the USA! We work with factories and vendors that share our commitment of local production, sustainability and supporting the local community.
Q: I'm not sure about sizing. Can you help?
A: Yes! But first check each product page for a size chart along with sizing tips. If you are in between, on the margins or just moderately confused, feel free to send us an email and we will give you guidance. Q: I need to exchange or return my order. How do I do that?

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Shipping to the US is free for all orders beyond $100 and for all International orders beyond $150. Keep in mind that for this shipping we use USPS First Class for Domestic and DHL or USPS First Class International for International. We also offer expedited services for an extra fee.
Q: Are returns free?
A: All domestic returns are free and paid for as long as the garment is in new condition and less than 60 days after purchase. Return shipping from all international orders is to be paid by customer. [returns]
Q: What kind of warranty do I have on Ornot goods?
A: All Ornot products come with a one year warranty against any manufacture defects. This does not cover damage caused by crashes... Which brings us to our next question.
Q: Does Ornot have a crash replacement policy?
A: Yes! If you happen to crash in your Ornot gear then go ahead and snap a picture, email it to us, and we will then send you a discount code for 50% off that same garment. [send email]
Q: How long does shipping normally take?
A: Orders ship business days (Monday-Friday) 24 hours after being placed. First Class Domestic orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days after ship and International between 7-14 days. Keep in mind that we do not process any orders on Saturdays, Sunday, and Holidays and all goods are shipped from the west coast.
Q: Am I responsible for import duties and tariffs on international orders?
A: Yes. All fees imposed by countries when importing goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: How do I wash all my Ornot gear?
A: As a general rule, all lightweight cycling clothing will last longer if you're nice to it. This means hand-washing in cold water and line drying. Ornot garments should be hand washed in cold water and line dried. Caps may fade if washed in the washing machine, with everything else, use your best judgement and make sure there aren't any random velcro straps floating around your washer or dryer :)
Q: I'm coming to SF do you have a shop?
A: Not yet. But we do have shops that carry our clothing here in the city. Check out our dealers page and pay them a visit.
Q: I'm looking to purchase a few of your items that are on sale but my discount code is not working?
A: Sale items are not eligible to have extra discount codes applied to them.
