A: Since this is clothing (and most likely, fairly tight clothing), there can be a small degree of error when deciding on a size. If your clothing doesn't fit we will exchange it! USA exchanges are free, International Orders are responsible for excess shipping. All exchanges will be transacted upon the return of that item, provided it arrives in the same condition as originally shipped (not yet ridden in). A: Shipping to the US is free for all orders over $100 and for all International orders beyond $250. We use USPS First Class or Priority for Domestic shipping and DHL Express Worldwide or USPS First Class International for International orders. Note that International orders are subject to their own governments VAT and duties.
A: Orders ship business days (Monday-Friday) 24-48 hours after being placed. USPS First Class orders generally arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping and International between 7-14 (USPS First Class international) or 3-5 days (DHL Express Worldwide). Keep in mind that we do not process any orders on Saturdays, Sunday, and Holidays and all goods are shipped from the west coast of the United States.

A: Yes! All of the time. We use DHL Express or UPSP First Class International depending on what country you live in. You are responsible for import duties and tariffs imposed by your country.
A: As a general rule, all lightweight cycling clothing will last longer if you're nice to it and wash it regularly. This means hand-washing in cool water and line drying. Ornot garments should be hand washed in cold water and line dried. Caps may fade if washed in the washing machine, with everything else, use your best judgment and make sure there aren't any random velcro straps floating around your washer or dryer :)
