Q: Where is your clothing made?

A: In the USA and mostly in California! We work with factories and vendors that share our commitment of local production, sustainability and supporting the local community.  

Q: I'm not sure about sizing. Can you help?

A: Yes! But first check each product page for a size chart along with sizing tips. If you are in between, on the margins or just moderately confused, feel free to send us an email and we will give you guidance.  It's best to include your height, weight and all other pertinent measurements relating to the item of question. Q: I need to exchange or return my order. How do I do that?

Q: Is shipping free?

A: Shipping to the US is free for all orders over $100 and for all International orders beyond $150. We use USPS First Class for Domestic shipping and DHL Express Worldwide for International orders. All duties and tariffs are prepaid by us! 

Q: Are returns free?

A: All USA returns are free and paid for as long as the garment is in new condition and less than 60 days after purchase. Return shipping from all international orders is to be paid by customer.  [returns] 

Q: What kind of warranty do I have on Ornot goods?

A: All Ornot products come with a one year warranty against any manufacturer defects. This does not cover damage caused by crashes... Which brings us to our next question.

Q: I just got this new jersey and crashed in it. I'm ok, but the clothing is all ripped. What can I do?

A: Ouch, we're glad you are ok, send us an email with a photo of your clothing and we can get you hooked up!

Q: How long does shipping normally take?

A: Orders ship business days (Monday-Friday) 24 hours after being placed. USPS First Class orders generally arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping and International between 3-5 days. Keep in mind that we do not process any orders on Saturdays, Sunday, and Holidays and all goods are shipped from the west coast.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! All of the time. We use a speedy version of DHL Express. 

Q: Am I responsible for import duties and tariffs on international orders?

A: Yes.

Q: How do I wash all my Ornot gear?

A: As a general rule, all lightweight cycling clothing will last longer if you're nice to it. This means hand-washing in cold water and line drying.  Ornot garments should be hand washed in cold water and line dried. Caps may fade if washed in the washing machine, with everything else, use your best judgment and make sure there aren't any random velcro straps floating around your washer or dryer :)
