Our redesigned wind jacket is a capable piece of cool weather clothing. This year we updated the construction, the fabric, the pattern, the cuffs, the collar, the tail... We made little tweaks everywhere. This is our best wind jacket yet.

    Excellent material

Very breathable. No problem in light rain. Have not tried it for heavy rain yet.

If I could find even a used one in S or M in white, I’d buy it for my wife

I got it delivered before a trip walking around Manhattan, with regular temp changes, and a few days of wind and one of strong rain. Performs well, and precisely as described. It is not a full-on storm or thermal jacket—-but enough to get you across the island. Most importantly, goes into a sufficiently small package that it always fits into a shoulder-pack crowded with computer stuff, subway maps, etc. Brilliant yellow much appreciated in thick traffic.
