I love my other Ornot jerseys, this one was disappointing. I love the graphics. I like the sleeve length. That's about it. For a $90+ garment, the lack of attention to detail was pretty awful. Flimsy zipper that was sewn badly into the garment, the top of the zipper had hard plastic tags inside the collar, right where it zipped closed. They were so sharp, the edges of the tags not only stuck into my neck, they were cutting through the seams of the collar. So the inside collar seam was frayed. Customer service responded promptly and cheerfully, but they admitted that this jersey was "from a bad batch they'd received" and they helpfully suggested I snip out the hard plastic edges and sew up the collar to fix it. I was a little speechless. I'm keeping the jersey because a) I'm a fool, and b) I'm on lockdown like everyone else. I don't want to deal with a return right now, esp. a return that I would have to pay for myself on a garment the company acknowledged was "from a bad batch." I'll try to do the fix they suggested, but I'm appalled that the response wasn't "We apologize, here's a pre-paid return label. The replacement jersey is on the way and we threw in a bidon."
Love my new Ornot kit - very comfortable and good looking.
This jersey is super flattering on my small frame, and fit me well. All three pockets on the back are large enough to be useful, which is not always the case on women's jerseys. The color blocking on the sleeve and the back is nice for increased visibility on the road, too.
